Privacy Statement

PharmCatalyst does not give out any personal information about you to any other person or company for any reason, unless you specifically tell us to do so.  This is in stark contrast to many of the free pharmacy publications that you receive in the mail.  They freely sell your contact info.   If we have your consent to release your personal information, we may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people, in order to provide a product or service you have requested. You have an opportunity to consent to doing so when you sign up for any of our publications; and you may change your setting at any time by replying to emails sent by us. Or you may go to the Remove Me page.  The only situation where we would surrender personal information on you without your permission is in the case of a court order, subpoena or similar situation in which we are legally constrained to do so.

Security Statement

We go a step beyond many websites by encrypting your personal data which resides on our computers.  "Encrypted" means it is garbled up into a code that only our computers can read.  So even if a computer "hacker" finds his way past our many security measures to get to it, he will not be able to read or use it.  At PharmCatalyst we are serious about security.  We will keep your data safe and secure.
