The items below are really just listed as a secondary resource. But maybe you need CE on a particular topic that you couldn't find from our favorite providers. If you're having trouble finding CE on a specific topic and don't care if you have to pay for it, the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) will help you locate a provider and course. But they will have no info on how much the course costs. Call (800) 533-3606.

In our opinion the CE providers below have some drawbacks, as compared to our recommended providers. But if you need it, here it is.
- U. of IL Chicago free, but done by fax.
Call 800-836-2989, then choose option 3.
- MES Some online, some mail-in. Be sure it says "CPE" by the course you're interested in.
- Meniscus Some online, some mail-in. Mostly free.
- Medicom Online and teleconference, but the online is with multimedia, may need fast connection.
- Baxter Mainly hospital emphasis, naturally. But if you are doing IV things, it's great.
- NCPA A few free, mostly pay. Make sure it's ACPE accredited.
- ASHP's CE only free to ASHP members
- MedConnect Some free CE, but too many personal questions in the registration process.
- Drug Topics NOT free
- ContinuingEducation.com NOT free
- PharmaCE NOT free,
