students. Our users primarily work in retail pharmacy departments selling prescription drugs to the public, which puts them in a position to impact the selection of prescription drugs. They also have a major impact on the sale of non-prescription drugs and devices to the public as well. Most of them use computer, phone, and fax services regularly on the job. And they often have influence, if not complete decision-making power, on changes made to such services within the pharmacy. A good number of them are also owners of independent pharmacies and, therefore, are responsible for the procurement and sale of non-drug related retail merchandise. Our users are representative of the wide spectrum of retail pharmacies in the country, from small sole-proprietorships to large drug chains, and they come from every corner of the United States.
